Aperi development release

This release provides public market information, account projections, and a local practice environment. App login and an order preview do not enable funded trading or create a venue account.

Funded deployment requires final eligibility, customer terms, market rights, fee consent, account setup, and independent recovery qualification. Those approvals remain separate from this development release.

Venue contract rules govern any venue position. Review risk disclosure and fee components.
